Yoga Retreats
Our Yoga Retreat is a dedicated residential centre for yoga and meditation programs with a heart and soul. Whether you are looking to begin your new yoga adventure, deepen your existing yoga practice or just rest, relax and enjoy this tranquil yogic environment, our centre is the perfect place for you.
Yoga beginners will be encouraged to explore the yoga fundamentals in a safe and nurturing environment. Experienced yogis can take their practice to a new level and discover different elements of a complete yoga practice under the guidance of our experienced teachers.
While on retreat there is also plenty of time for rest and relaxation either in our garden, rocking in a hammock, enjoying a steam bath, reading a book by the pond or taking a plunge in the outdoor heated swimming pool.
2 Day Yoga Retreat
2 Days / 3 Nights $150 USD per person
This two day retreat is suitable for anyone who wishes to experience the benefits of yoga and meditation but has a limited amount of time. Two days filled with yoga sessions, meditation classes and other wellness activities can bring much needed rejuvenation into our busy lives. Our aim is to have the participants leave our centre feeling more supple, refreshed, with more clarity and energy and inspired to continue with a regular yoga practice in their daily lives.
Besides teaching traditional physical practice of yoga, we also explore other forms of yoga practice like Nada Yoga – healing sound, Bhakti Yoga – chanting mantras, Yoga Nidra – guided relaxation or yogic sleep, which all bring more inner understanding and depth to our daily practice.
You can start this two day retreat on any day of the week after 3pm, the next two days being your retreat program and departure on the following morning.
Yoga Immersion Retreat
6 Days / 7 Nights $390 USD per person
This yoga retreat focuses on delivering a deeper teaching and understanding of yoga and meditation and you will be exposed to various methods of meditation as well as several styles of yoga. The length of this retreat enables you to establish a daily yoga routine that you can continue practicing in your daily life when once you return home.
This retreat is for you if you wish to enrich your life, learn new techniques as well as polish up on your existing knowledge and improve your health and wellbeing on a physical, mental and emotional level. This course has proven to be a transformational experience for many of our guests who were able to kick some bad habits, improve their outlook, adopt a positive attitude and embark on a new path of a more healthy and conscious lifestyle and become more supple in the process.
You can start this six day retreat on any day of the week after 3pm, the next six days being your retreat program and departure on the following morning.
